About Hanoi

Hanoi is the Tower of Hanoi puzzle, carried on illuminated rings: move the whole tower peg to peg in the fewest moves the rules allow. Free in your browser, no ads, no sign-up.

How to play

Move the tower of rings from the first peg to the last. Lift one ring at a time from the top of a peg, and never set a larger ring on a smaller one. Rebuild the full tower on the target peg to win.

Controls

Tips

The smallest ring moves every other turn, always in the same direction around the pegs; keep that rhythm and the rest follows. To move a tower of N, first move the top N minus one aside, shift the big ring, then bring them back.
