How to play

A tile is free when it has an open long side and nothing on top. Match two free, identical tiles to remove the pair. Clear every tile from the layout to win. Today’s board is always winnable if you free the right tiles in the right order.

Tips

Work from the top and the ends, where tiles free the most beneath them, and always ask which pair opens the most new moves. Do not clear a matching pair just because you can, if it strands the tiles under it.
