About Holdfast
Holdfast is a lane defense for the cloister, in the tower-defense-on-rails tradition: set casters, gatherers, and bulwarks against the creeping shades and hold the wall. Free in your browser, no ads, no sign-up.
How to play
Shades creep down fixed lanes toward your wall. Place gatherers to earn light, casters to strike down the lane, and bulwarks to soak the damage and buy time. Keep every lane from breaking through to hold the line.

Tips
Open with gatherers so your light keeps flowing, even though the first lane feels bare. Back a caster with a bulwark in front; the wall it buys is worth more than a second caster.
