About Battleship
Battleship against the Ferryman is the call-your-shots classic: two fleets of five hidden in the fog, one broadside a turn, and a ship named only when the last of her goes under. Play solo, or take a seat at a live, rated table. Free in your browser, no ads, no sign-up.
How to play
Hide your fleet of five, carrier down to destroyer, then trade one shot a turn. A splash is a miss and a strike is a hit, and a ship is named only when her last cell is sunk. Sink all five of the enemy fleet before yours goes under. The Ferryman fires by the currents, reckoning where your hulls could lie.

Tips
Fire in a spread pattern to find ships quickly, then finish a wounded ship before you hunt again. Do not cluster your fleet, the Ferryman looks first where hulls can plausibly lie.
