About Oh Hell

Oh Hell is the exact-bid trick game against the Fiddler, the Horse-Leech and the Drover. Bid the tricks you will take exactly, or take nothing at all. Play solo or live at the open tables, free in your browser, no ads, no sign-up.

How to play

Seven shrinking deals, from seven cards down to one, with a card flipped for trump each round. Everyone bids the tricks they mean to take, and the dealer may not make the table’s bids come out even, so someone must always be wrong. Land your bid exactly to score ten plus your bid; take one trick more or fewer and score nothing.

Tips

In the tiny deals, a single high trump is worth a bid of one and little else is safe. When your bid is out of reach, dump tricks on purpose to land on it from above.
